Project 1 :: Computer Parts and Word

Your assignment

For this project, you will work in randomly assigned groups of 3 or 4 to write a report about how computers work. You may use screwdrivers to take apart whatever you are interested in and will need to borrow a digital camera to document what you do.

Each group member is responsible for writing at least two pages of text with at least two images. The members' individual documents will be combined into one big report. You are responsible for coming up with a logical structure to tie all the sections together. Check out a sample outline and a sample part 1 for inspiration.

Remember, all of your formatting should be done using Word 2007 styles.

  • 1pt – active but mostly off-topic, not engaged with group members, occasionally disrespectful
